Return & Exchange Policy

If your purchase arrived damaged, or if items in your order do not meet your expectations, please contact us within 30 days. We want to make it right!

If you would like to return an item, please contact Customer Service at info@thehydropet.com, or call 844-232-9913.

Send your return to the address below. Returns/Exchanges do not include shipping and handling.

The Return Authorization Number must be written on the package being returned.

Restrictions: If a package appears damaged at the time of delivery, you have the right to refuse it. If you discover the damage after opening the box, do not dispose of original shipping cartons or the damaged merchandise, as examination by the carrier’s inspectors may be necessary.

UPS Shipments: If a UPS package arrives damaged contact us and we’ll take it from there.

Motor Freight Shipments: Note any visible damage from a Motor Freight truck shipment on the Bill of Lading, and notify the carrier immediately. Then contact Vacarro Intellectual Properties at 844-232-9913 or email us at info@thehydropet.com.
